In some cases the cells undergo many cell divisions as they become miniature organ structures \u00a0like beating hearts etc. \u00a0It is now generally accepted that as normal cells divide their <strong>telomeres<\/strong> become shorter and when reach a certain shortening length \u00a0the cells eventually stop division.
